PREMIUM STAYS for VT football, Family Day Graduations, Weddings & bookings of more than 2 rooms we require:

1.) Two (2) night stay minimum for football, family day & graduation.

2.) A non-refundable deposit equivalent to half (1/2) your stay will be taken at reservation then the remaining half (1/2) will be taken upon check-out.

3.) A cancellation policy of 30 days.

4.) If you are booking the entire Inn then we will take half (1/2) the entire amount as a non-refundable deposit at reservation, leaving the final amount to be taken upon check-out.

NORMAL STAYS CANCELLATION POLICY: We requires a 72-hours (3 days) advance notice via email to stay@claycorner.com. No shows or less than three days in advance will result in full payment of your booking, unless the room is re-sold.

CHECK-IN is from 3pm to 8pm. However, if your guest room is available earlier than 3pm, you can check in straight away. We do have a late check-in policy (later than 8pm) so please let us know and we'll explain what we do.

CHECK-OUT is 11am. Let us know if you need a late check-out and we will try to accommodate you.

DOG POLICY

We have 2 Dog-Friendly rooms # 4 Huckleberry that accepts 1 dog no more than 25lbs & # 5 Cascades that accepts 2 little dogs 25lbs each or 1 large dog up to 55lbs.

Dog Guests have to be 10 mths or older and up to 55lbs

Be on regular flea & tick prevention & rabies

Can only be left in the room alone if crated (you need to bring your own crate)

Due to health laws dogs cannot enjoy breakfast with mom & dad in the main house, however, they are invited on the covered porch area

Whilst on the premises (inside or outside) doggy guests MUST be connected to a person via a leash at all times

When business calls dogs must be walked off the Clay Corner Inn grounds.

The Huckleberry trail is across the parking and perfect for doing business & meetings.

Paws have to be kept on the floor, not on beds or furniture.

Dogs are not invited to swim in the Pool. The pool is for 2 legged guests only :)

Price per Pet per stay is $40.

NO OTHER PETS are permitted at the Inn.

A fee of $300 will be charged, even after checking out, if guests that do not abide by this dog policy.

TAXES lodging tax is 12%.

SPECIAL DISCOUNTS OFFERED: Only 1 discount per stay

CHILDREN: We accept children over the age of 6 years

SMOKING: We are Smoke Free. Cigarettes, cigars and candles are not permitted in guest rooms and in the houses. There are designated areas outside where you can smoke so please ask us where it is permitted prior to smoking. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged, even after checking out, for guests who ignore this policy.
