Dominique Francesca, Assistant Innkeeper, comes to us via Tucson, Arizona. There she owned & operated a tiny bijou of a cafe for a number of years before the pull of Appalachia brought her east. Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, she earned her cooking mettle among the artists & the proletariat of several infamous eateries. She can be found in the kitchen, rooms, office & even in the garden of the Clay Corner Inn, very versatile.

When Dominique arrived at the Clay Corner Inn it was like a breath of fresh air coming into our lives. We feel she's part of the family & a joy to work with. Plus if she can put up with Nicky in the mornings in the kitchen without her orange juice... she's a gem!!!
