NORMAL STAYS CANCELLATION POLICY: We require a 72-hours from check-in time (3 days) advance notice via email to email@example.com. No shows or less than three days in advance will result in full payment of your booking.
DEPOSITS: A deposit of $50 will be collected at time of booking to confirm reservation.
BALANCE DUE: We will charge the card on file for the balance due on the day of arrival. If you wish to change the card on file please let us know.
CHECK-IN: On the morning of your arrival you will receive arrival instructions. Accessing the home and room you have rented is a very easy process. We want your stay with us to be safe and comfortable.
CHECK-OUT is 11 am. Let us know if you need a late check-out and we will try to accommodate you. When able we extend the first hour as a courtesy time after 12 pm will politely charge a $25 fee.
GUEST PARKING is limited to one vehicle per rented unit. We supply a parking pass to display during your visit. If there will be more than one car let us know and we can explain the options.
TAXES lodging tax is 12.3%.

SMOKING: We are SMOKE-FREE. Cigarettes, cigars, and candles are not permitted in guest rooms, houses or anywhere on the Clay Corner Inn property. We also request that if you are a smoker please refrain from booking a room in the Allergy Free house to respect other guests who suffer allergies. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged, even after checking out, for guests who ignore this policy.
No Guest Pets are allowed on the property: If there is any evidence of a pet in the room or property, automatically $300 will be charged.
Football and Parents' Weekends: Two (2) night stay minimum at the football and parent weekend room rate. Additional person $50 per night, per person. A $200 non- refundable deposit will be requested to receive confirmation of your reservation. Remaining deposit will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeit of deposit.
Graduations: Three (3) night stay minimum for Spring Graduation or Two (2) night stay minimum for Winter Graduation at the graduation room rate. Additional person $50 per night, per person. A $200 non-refundable deposit will be requested to receive confirmation of your reservation. Remaining deposit will be due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation within 60 of arrival will result in forfeit of deposit.
* Dates for premium stays may, on occasion, change. If you have booked a room with us in advance on a date which coincides with a premium stay, we will give you first option to extend your stay to (2) two nights, pay the additional amount, if any, or opt out of your booking entirely with no penalty.
