The main house has two dining rooms with live edge wood tables along with a gas fireplace. It is entirely open with a sitting room in the middle. During warm months the large deck, garden, and pool area may be utilized for a memorable special occasion. Event Pricing Structure
Every event is different, and pricing may vary. We look forward to working with you to create your special event, catered for your specific needs.
Private Event Space
$299 weekday / $399 weekend
**This fee is waived if catering order exceeds space rental or only pay difference**
We want to keep it simple and add as much value for your dollar as possible
Birthday Parties, Showers, Private Dinners
We will provide everything needed for your event, including setup and breakdown
Private Pool Rental $75/hour
Times for pool rental are limited due to high demand and need for it to be open for guests as well. During rented time you will have exclusive private use of the pool and pool deck area.
Bar Options
We provide three options for bar service:
- Host Bar – You assume billing for all alcohol consumed
- Cash Bar – Your guests pay for their own drinks
- Host/Cap – You set a spend limit and when we reach that amount, we switch to cash bar
Full Size Catering Tent $499
This is for large outdoor events, and includes tables, chairs, setup, and breakdown
